Three Dallas chefs — Bullion’s Bruno Davaillon, Regino Rojas, and David Uygur of Lucia — will vie for Best Chef, Southwest against other contenders from Arizona, Utah, Texas, and Colorado. This long list of semi-finalists will be whittled down to a list of finalists on March 27 at a press conference held in Houston, and the James Beard Awards will be held on May 7 in Chicago.
