THE PARTY The Hartland and Mackie families invited Dallas’ tastemakers to taste and toast the debut of 400 Record, the downtown building that showcased Michelin-starred chef Bruno Davaillon’s Bullion restaurant. No detail was overlooked at this lavish bash.
